Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Kartama infringes a copyright that you own or control, you may submit a notice by contacting us with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on Kartama where the material is located, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Notices that do not include this information may not receive a response. Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

If you believe material you posted or that concerns you was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to us containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict or terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.
