Formula Used
Where:
- climateFactor = 0.95 (cold), 1.0 (moderate), 1.12 (hot)
- each active minute adds 12 ml
Example
For a 70 kg person, hot climate, and 45 minutes of activity:
So recommended intake is about:
- 3.28 liters/day
- 3284 ml/day
- 13 glasses/day (250 ml each)
