Formula Used

$$newSalary = currentSalary \times \left(1 + \frac{hikePercent}{100}\right)$$ $$monthlyIncrease = newSalary - currentSalary$$ $$oldAnnual = currentSalary \times 12$$ $$newAnnual = newSalary \times 12$$ $$annualIncrease = newAnnual - oldAnnual$$

Example

If your current monthly salary is ₹50,000 and your hike is 12%:

$$newSalary = 50000 \times 1.12 = 56000$$ $$monthlyIncrease = 56000 - 50000 = 6000$$ $$oldAnnual = 50000 \times 12 = 600000$$ $$newAnnual = 56000 \times 12 = 672000$$

So your monthly increase is ₹6,000 and annual increase is ₹72,000.
